Relaxation Fragrance Blend Soothing, tart, balancing

The HELFE ‘Relaxation’ fragrance blend is a combination of two soothing plant oils: valerian and lemon balm. The combination of these two high-quality essential oils creates a pleasant and natural atmosphere of relaxation for body and mind.

Effects: Soothing for body and mind, relaxing, promotes sleep

Directions for use:

• Sauna infusion: Add 1 tsp to the water pot (approx. 5 l water), then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never pour the fragrance blend directly onto the hot stones! 
• Aroma lamp: Can be used either undiluted or diluted with water in aroma lamps and diffusers. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the lamp.
