The prices shown on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Delivery charges
: In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat-rate delivery charge, as shown in the table below.

We deliver within Austria, to Germany and the other EU Member States (see list below), as well as to the USA and Canada.

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein via our Swiss branch: www.wienerseife.ch.

We deliver to all other countries on request by telephone or email, but not via the online shop.

Delivery time
Delivery within Austria and Europe takes 3 to 4 working days.

Based on experience, delivery to the USA and Canada takes 8 to 10 working days (any delays caused by country-specific import regulations or hold-ups/storage during customs clearance are not included).
