Helfe Cold Bath for Adults
The HELFE Cold Bath combines thyme extract and oil, eucalyptus oil and camphor. These are known for their versatile properties and are traditionally used to support wellbeing during the winter months.
Effect: Clears the airways
Uses: Heart & Circulation, Mum & Baby, Recovery for Muscles & Joints Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation or an allergic reaction occurs. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Dosage: 30 ml per full bath; for inhalation, add 2–3 tablespoons to warm water.
Bath duration: approx. 20 mins.
Bath temperature: approx. 35 °C
